Thank you for your Holiday Promotion Order!!!

We’ll be contacting you as soon as possible to get started, but in the meantime, here’s what you need to do:

1. Organize your list of telephone numbers for your clients and prospects and save them in an excel file.
2. Email that excel file to broadcasts@automs.com and include the following details:
   • Your First and Last Name
   • When you want to send your broadcast
   • What caller ID you would like to show up
     
   • Whether you would like to send to answering machine only, live person only, or both
3. We will explain how to record your message, but in the meantime you should write down what you’d like to say.  It doesn’t have to be professional, or sound scripted…make it sound like it’s coming from you!  Here’s an example…..

“Hi this is Cathy calling from Joe’s Real Estate.  We just wanted to call and wish you and yours a happy and safe holiday season.  We’re getting ready to send out our January Newsletter so keep your eye out for it in your mailbox in the new year.  And, as always if you’re looking to make a move, or know someone who is, we’ll be happy to help.  Just Call Joe at 555-555-5555.  Thanks and have a wonderful Christmas!”
